Description

In this role as Finance Director you will work closely with the CEO and Diretors to provide strategic support and aid business growth.

To be succeful for the Finance Director role you will need to Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum 7 years PQE and have strong leadership experience.

Key responsabilities in this role will include:

Take charge, support and develop finance team at Head Office.
Establish and maintaining good and professional relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Hold regular business reviews with Operations Managers onsite and liaise with staff at quarterly Managers' Meeting held at Head Office
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and associated reports for each subsidiary Company and the overall Group, ensuring that internal and external deadlines are met
Producing and monitoring annual budgets and Company forecasts
Prepare and review financial reporting on all subsidiaries, interCompany account reconciliations and consolidation of all Company accounts to produce Group level financial accounts
Variance analysis of cost centres and margin analysis and lead improvements resulting from this

This is an excelent opportunity for someone either stepping up in to their first Director level role or an experienced Finance Director joining a comapny with plans in place for further growth in 2023.
