    Role Responsibilities:
    As a Process Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

    • The technical assurance and process safety of our production facility
    • Process optimization and troubleshooting
    • Coordinating with the projects team for successful commissioning and expansion
    • Supervising the pilot plant team to steer development
    • Engaging in project process design activities
    • Collaborating with the R&D team for new biomolecule processes
    • Working across teams to ensure product properties match diverse applications and industries.

    Role Requirements:

    The ideal Process Engineering Manager should have:

    • Proven industry experience in biotechnology, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals
    • Strong knowledge of process plant operations and troubleshooting
    • Experience in leading teams to drive performance
    • Ownership of projects and excellent communication skills.
