As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our Talent Acquisition function by providing general support across UK and Europe.

You will provide excellent customer service and administrative support throughout all elements of the end-to-end recruitment process.


_This role is offered on a permanent basis and will be a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely along with being office based in either our Corby or London locations._

Roles responsibilities:


  • Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team and the coordination of daytoday activities in terms of the overall running of the relevant Talent Acquisition function.
  • Support to include scheduling and tracking interviews, processing offers and support with the onboarding process.
  • Assist with reporting of key recruiting metrics from our global ATS
  • Interface with all levels of stakeholders across the business.
  • Maintain relationships and support external agency vendors and other suppliers as needed

Experience & skills needed:


  • You'll need to be proactive, with the ability to respond flexibly to a fastpaced, dynamic environment and meet overall deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills and be happy to take the initiative and contribute ideas to improve processes.
  • Previous experience of working in an administration role in a Talent Acquisition or HR function is essential.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) savvy
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS systems (SAP) and related report generation experience is desirable
