    Description

    Site Team Manager

    Do you have experience of management and leading a successful team? If so, we would love to hear from you.

    We have a great management opportunity which involves coordinating the work of the Site Supervisors who provide general maintenance, caretaking and security service for the school and sports facilities, as well as managing our team of cleaning staff who provide a high quality cleaning service to the school.

    You will have previous line management experience, ideally of 5+ direct reports, plus experience of managing rotas/working pattern. Good team building and leadership will be required, as well as a professional, approachable demeanour and willingness to 'roll up sleeves'. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service so the successful candidate will be conscientious, professional and reliable.
