The main scope of the role is to work as part of Project Delivery with a PMO Project Manager (PM) to deliver projects for Applicable and Applicable Customers.

These individuals identify and develop technology-related opportunities and integrate IT resources to fulfill project requirements.

They can compile technical specifications in a clear, concise, unambiguous manner to explain the advantages and disadvantages of options leading to the final solution and can create alternative solutions as backup planning.

They establish a track record of exceptional performance regarding a combination of technical, service, and/or business abilities. These employees work towards expert-level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • To provide design, configuration, and escalated problem management in client environments of high complexity
  • To design and develop integration plans and create links for multiplatform, multivendor business solutions
  • Deliver technical and solutions workshops
  • Delivery of projects to agreed scope & quality, on time, to budget managing risk, and delivering intended benefits
  • To analyze a customer infrastructure to identify risks and constraints associated with a move to the Applicable / NTT service
  • Interpret client requirements matching them to M365 functionality and Applicable/NTT products
  • Create and maintain HLDs & LLDs
  • Provide presales support identifying opportunities and contributing expertise around the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of medium complexity
  • Provide user support, assisting with troubleshooting and design, configuration, and escalated problem management
  • Act as key project team members charged with the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, and in some environments may consult on testing and deployment processes
  • Assess and effectively manage all risks associated with the project integration.

Skills:


  • Demonstrable skills with cloud IaaS, PaaS, and Saas Technologies within Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • A proven track record of delivering Microsoft 365 cloud services. Including inTune, Azure AD, and the Defender suite of products
  • Knowledge of Windows Server Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Windows Ancillary services, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, etc.
  • Experience in complex UC environments Teams or Skype

Technical Skills and Qualifications:


  • MS 365 Expert Certification
  • MS100 Microsoft Identity and Services
  • MS101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
  • MS500 MS365 Certified Security Associate
  • SC300 MS365 Certified Identity Administrator and Access Administrator
