- Glaze spectacles to all levels.
- Assembly and repair of broken spectacles.

- Managing remakes and wastage, both on a personal level and for the team.
- Looking after and maintaining equipment.
- Rotate on all workstations of the manufacturing process.

- Ensuring that Health & Safety procedures are followed.
