We have an exciting opportunity for someone to lead our growing Contracts recruitment team.Within this role you'd be joining a successful and close-knit team and play a key role within the Life Sciences division.

The role
What can you expect?
- Directly manage the Contract's team and its external staff
- Meet with clients, discuss, and present capabilities and negotiate contracts
- Develop, monitor, and manage the budget for the assigned area
- Proactively represent the Division at senior management meetings with divisional responsibility of P&L and forecasting
- Work with the business development and marketing functions to develop new business opportunities
- Analyse quantity and quality of sales activity and effectiveness of marketing/business development activities
- Maintain awareness of the marketplace and undertake competitor analysis on a regular basis
- Prioritise and be resourceful reacting positively to challenging situations
- Organise training and development opportunities for the team
What do you need?
- Proven skills managing a team in various locations on different contracts, ensuring they represent the companies brand correctly
- Experience of recruiting for contract/temporary positions
- A friendly and professional approach to work
- Attention to detail and able to input data in an accurate and timely manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to act as a representative for the company both internally and externally
- Able to demonstrate and exemplify a high level of organisational skills and selfmotivation.
- Ability to work to deadlines and proven delivery work record
