With the support of our Director of Operations & Planning, we're seeking a Head of Culinary Innovation to join our team and make a significant impact to lead on the development and implementation of concepts and menus for new ventures across our varied portfolio.


Here's what you'll be doing:

Menu Development
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and purchasing to ensure supply chain compliance.

Client Relations

  • Monitor your own performance, contribute to personal objectives, and align with team goals.

Costing

  • All bespoke menu costings and updating of costings as required. Leading on all new menu writing and costings for seasonal menus.

Bridging the Gap - liaising with Planning / Sales and Marketing. Sitting within planning and assisting in the smooth planning and operations between the departments. And liaising with Marketing to ensure food content is captured.

Tasting delivery and planning
  • Strategize how to improve and enhance the client's tasting journey.

Working Pattern:

40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Culinary Experience recent experience of a similar role
  • Self-Motivated and Creative: Demonstrates proactivity and leadership in a resultsdriven environment.
  • Menu Development: expertise in developing creative and innovative menus tailed to client preferences
