We are looking for a Full-time Patient Care Asistant to come join the team at Alnorthumbria Vets, Alnwick.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate patient care assistant to join the team.

You would work alongside a team of vets and nurses and would be dedicated in ensuring that we continue to deliver excellent customer service and client care.

Experience within a similar role preferred and this opportunity allows for a great work/life balance in a very rewarding field.

This is a full time 40 hours per week
- full hours can be discussed at interview.

This position is in line with National Minimum Wage + 3% cost of living increase and includes benefits.

Your responsibilities will include:

Nursing care to patients.
Preparation of emergency and operating facilities.
General cleaning and maintenance duties.
Running internal lab samples.
Answering phone calls and dealing with incoming enquires along with troubleshooting emergencies.
Serving clients and taking payments.
Providing a friendly, efficient and effective service to clients.
