We have a brand-new opportunity for you to join us as a Logistics Administrator based in Milton Keynes. Our client is one of the largest retail and commercial banks based in the UK.

The office itself is located within Milton Keynes City Centre and has excellent access to public transport (bus and train station is a 5-10-minute walk away).

The site provides excellent facilities enabling colleagues to walk, run or cycle to work as well as parking/storage, washrooms, lockers and an advanced modern office space to work in.


The main role of the Logistics Administrator will be to manage the administration of the logistics database for our new site from start to finish.

You will be the overall point of contact for any logistic related queries, taking accountability for the accuracy of data and compliance of weekly/monthly KPI reporting.

You will be a superuser on our logistics software Fulcrum therefore it is important you are comfortable and confident in using new systems.


Day to day duties will including administration, maintenance and reporting via the Fulcrum system and delivering training on the system to those who require using it.

Booking all deliveries ensuring they are correct and ensuring successful delivery.

You will need to be a good communicator as you will liaise with various individuals both internal and external to ensure correct vehicle data is logged and any complaints are resolved appropriately.

What do we need from you?

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent IT/MS skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of data
  • Preparation and presentation of key reports and documents
