Call Centre Team Leader - Late Shifts
The Role
This is a full time position, working 37.5hours a week.
Shift pattern rotates between a two week cycle:
- Week 1: Monday
- Friday, 2pm 10:30pm
- Week 2: Monday
- Friday, 3:30pm 12am
What we're looking for
- Experience in a leadership position, ideally within a call centre but will consider other areas
- Working closely and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Able to motivate a team
- Customer centric
- Acting as an escalation point for team members on the floor when support is required
