    Are you passionate about geography and eager to inspire young minds? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic and committed Geography Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Farnborough.

    This role is set to begin in September 2024 and offers the potential for a long-term position transitioning from temporary to permanent.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Deliver engaging and comprehensive Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
    Inspire and challenge students of varying ages and attainment levels.
    Develop and implement innovative lesson plans and teaching strategies.
    Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
    Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events and extracurricular activities.
    Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

    Requirements:
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS (ECTs encouraged to apply).
    Unqualified teachers with relevant experience are also welcome.
    Strong subject knowledge and a passion for geography.
    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    Ability to engage and motivate students.
    Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
    Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Safer in Education check.
