- Coordinating deliveries and collections across the UK mainland, typically handling numerous drops per week
- Organizing a delivery fleet consisting of 4 Arctics, 16 rigid HGVs, each equipped with a mounted forklift, in addition to 3 delivery vans
- Assisting the Transport Manager and team in the department's day-to-day operations, scheduling and coordinating loads for customers and collections
- Handling various transport administration tasks such as updating driver and vehicle details, invoicing, assessing new orders, and generating internal reports
- Ensuring compliance with Company and Statutory Health and Safety, COSHH, and Environmental regulations
- Prior experience in a diverse Transport planning role
- Outstanding organizational abilities and quick thinking to efficiently plan loads and meet delivery deadlines
