Description
We are recruiting exclusively for RMF Group who are one of the UK's leading construction, training and resource providers.


They offer a unique service and have developed an excellent reputation within the industry for their social, training and resource solutions.

They are currently looking to recruit on their outcomes team. The main focus on the role is sourcing job opportunities for our learners that have finished on programme. This can be with leasing with recruitment companies or contractors direct.


Due to the nature of the role there's a strong focus on sales and would suit someone with previous telephone sales experience and ideally from a recruitment background.

Key skills required;

  • Previous sales experience working within a target and KPI focused role
  • Driving license
  • Passionate, driven and tenacious
  • Ability to nurture relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • BIRMINGHAM: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- recruitment: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
