We are recruiting exclusively for RMF Group who are one of the UK's leading construction, training and resource providers.

They offer a unique service and have developed an excellent reputation within the industry for their social, training and resource solutions.

Due to extensive growth they are looking for trainee / recruitment consultants to join the training academy side of the business.

With bespoke training on offer they will help mould and develop you into a rounded recruitment consultant.

This role focusing on recruiting for our training courses. This is done by attending recruitment fairs, liaising with our referral partners and marketing.

Due to the nature of the role there is a strong focus on sales and would suit someone with previous telephone sales experience and someone who is comfortable speaking with people face to face.
