Accounts Assistant

Coalville

Permanent position

Up to £27,000 per annum

Starting date 2nd May 202- Checking credit card statements with receipts and nominal code allocation

  • Processing expenses
  • Requesting weekly BACS payment
  • Monitoring debtors and creditors
  • Following up on late payments
  • Raising invoices
  • Credit raising in XERO

Responsibilities:


  • Create reports in EXCEL on wholesale sales figures
  • Build relationships with wholesale customers
  • Manage and resolve any issues
  • Identify and initiate cross selling opportunities to existing customers
  • Produce correspondence
  • Perform other office duties
  • Communicate with other team members

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role required
  • High level of confidence required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Open attitude to learning new processes
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Not essential but preferred experience in XERO, DEXT
  • Essential experience in Microsoft package
  • EXCEL essential

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Salary £27,000 + depending on experience.
