Senior Insurance Account handler, Kent


Barker Munro Recruitment, the insurance recruitment specialist based in Kent, have been approached to find an ambitious and professional Senior Insurance Account handler to work for a well-known broker who is currently looking to add solid broking experience to it's existing team.


As a Senior Insurance Account handler, you will provide a pro-active high level technical and broking support to clients and offer best advice regarding their insurances at all times.

Typically you will deal with premium range of anywhere between £5,000 up to £100,000, although the majority of clients would be in the higher premium spend bracket.

As the Senior insurance Account Handler, you will have been dealing with all lines of commercial non-marine classes including, for example, Property, EL/PL, E&O, and PI.

Additionally, as just as important, you will act as a referral point to the remaining team members for technical issues/queries as well as handling the more complex renewals/larger paying clients.


Applicants should have a good commercial insurance technical knowledge and have excellent interpersonal skills whilst having a good eye for detail and being able to work under strict deadlines and pressures.
