Full Time, Permanent Office Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ever-growing team at O Rings Ltd. who are part of a third-generation family run company, Oldham Seals Group.

Then our Office Administrator position could be the role you are looking for
Duties

  • Telephone and written liaison with customers.
  • Establishing customers' requirements and providing quotations
  • Processing sales orders and dealing with enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication with suppliers relating to sales enquiries and orders.
  • Stock management via the computerised system
  • Log customers' information onto the system
  • Following Policies, Practices, Company Procedures, and any other duties required by the business.
About you

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Software.
  • Previous administration experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • You will need strong numeracy skills.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with others but can also work individually.
  • Must be energetic, driven, and enthusiastic.
  • Flexibility for low demand periods where other tasks may require support.
  • Happy working in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.

Hours of work: 37 hours per week:
Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 (1 hour for lunch), Friday 08:30 - 16:00 (1/2 hour for lunch)

Pay:
Ranging from £23k to £25k per annum
