Then our Sales Office Administrator role could be exactly what you are looking for_
Duties
These duties are inclusive but not limited to the following:
- Creation of quotes, works orders, delivery sheets, reports and job cards relating to sales enquiries/orders.
- Chase the Production Department for progress updates and subsequent liaison with customers.
- Progress chasing customers to follow up quotes if/ when necessary.
- Raise dispatch paperwork and invoice customers.
- Booking and arrangement of couriers to dispatch miscellaneous parcels for the UK and overseas. Cover for general office duties such as post, and telephones.
- Creating packing list for couriers/ commercial invoicing.
- Creation of miscellaneous letters to customers or suppliers, general filing and record keeping for client base.
- Working with various database programs; off the shelf and bespoke.
- Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager/ Sales Manager.
- Any other duties as may be required.
About you
- Happy working in a busy environment
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual with a flexible approach to work
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively, while being part of a team
- To be meticulous and a selfstarter
- Must have experience using Excel and Microsoft Word
- Preferred experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and thoroughly in a timely manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer and numeracy skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

Hours of work hours per week:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 17:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 16:00pm - 1 hour lunch break
