Note:
This role is for our
Glasgow branch.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative.


The primary role of the CSR is to assure customer demands are met for print, promotional production and fulfilment and write appropriate job tickets.

The environment is very fast-paced and deadline oriented.


The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high-level detailed accuracy while preserving customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Keep up to date with changes in the industry.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Train staff on customer service techniques, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Requirements and skills:


  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative or Sales.
  • Track record of overachieving quota.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Salary:
£21,741.00-£25,536.00 per year

  • Glasgow, G2 4RS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

- customer facing: 1 year (preferred)

  • Communication skills: 1 year (preferred)
