    Join Our Team as a Purchase Ledger Assistant

    Are you ready to dive into the world of finance and join a dynamic team? Our client is looking for a dedicated Purchase Ledger Assistant to be part of their friendly and ambitious company in Calne.

    • Process a high volume of invoices efficiently
    • Match invoices to purchase order receipts accurately
    • Resolve any supplier queries promptly
    • Reconcile supplier statements diligently
    • Handle prepayments, accruals, and creditor statements meticulously
    • Prepare and execute supplier payment runs seamlessly
    • Reconcile bank statements with precision
    • Assist with additional finance tasks as needed

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of two years of experience in Accounts Payable is a must
    • Demonstrated proficiency in intermediate Excel skills, including vlookups, sums, counts, and pivot tables
    • Strong communication and organizational abilities
