The SEN Teacher:


To be eligible for this SEN Teacher role, you must be a QTS or QTLS SEN Teacher with experience working with young people with Autism and complex learning needs.

You should have excellent classroom management skills and a solid understanding of the variousadditional needs each student has.

You must have experience working with pupils with EHCPs and can contribute to the alteration and implementation of these learning plans.


The SEN Teacher Role:


As an SEN Teacher at this school, you will be working with pupils aged - 18, teaching across the national curriculum up to GCSE level.

You will be working with small, mixed-age group classes with support from teaching assistants. The position is for the fullteaching role, including planning and marking. As an SEN Teacher, you will also be expected to engage in wider-school activities such as trips, which make learning more fun
