Summary


We require a shipping administrator to work in our busy shipping office at Chelmsford to maintain our import and export documentation and record keeping on our IT systems.


Tasks include:

  • Maintaining shipping record keeping
  • Dealing with shipping enquiries and documentation
  • Data entryApplicants should have:
  • Be able to organise and prioritise.
  • Have experience of import/export though not essential as full training will be given
  • High degree of attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to plan, manage own time and take ownership of own workload
  • A strong completer finisher
  • IT skills to include Excel
  • Flexibility and willingness to do what is required and to take on new challenges as they arise
