Job Description:

We require a shipping administrator to work in our busy shipping office at Chelmsford to maintain our import and export documentation and record keeping on our IT systems.
Tasks include:
- Maintaining shipping record keeping
- Dealing with shipping enquiries and documentation
- Data entryApplicants should have:
- Be able to organise and prioritise.
- Have experience of import/export though not essential as full training will be given
- High degree of attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to plan, manage own time and take ownership of own workload
- A strong completer finisher
- IT skills to include Excel
- Flexibility and willingness to do what is required and to take on new challenges as they arise
