About Us:


Based in bromborough, Teledyne CML Composites is a fast growing manufacturer, supplying corbon/glass fibre composite parts and assemblies to some of the world's leading aircraft and aero engine producers.

Operating across three distinct product groups namely commercial, defence and business jet products, this role is an opportunity to join a team putting the finishing touches to our highly technical products.


The manufacturing facility houses some of the most advanced machining technology in Europe such as a multi axis NDT robotic machine, automated material cutting machine and mutli axis CNC machining centres.

About You:


Once fully trained you will be working on a continental 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 6, you will be supporting the business achieve customer targets.

You must have the ability to work unsupervised in a busy manufacturing environment and a level of numeracy is required.


You will be preparing frozen raw material in preparation for cutting as well as operating the kit cutting machine on pre set programmes to produce panels in readiness for composites layup.

You will be required to bag and label cut panels in product order as well as controll post cut freeser stock and issue parts from the freezer stock to lay up to plan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manufacture of Composites Aerospace parts within the Cleanroom by operating the kit cutting machines and maintaining the freezer stock.
  • Ensuring accuracy of detail on stock parts/kits.
  • Work towards completion of all jobs within specified time scale.
  • Comply to all Health and Safety measures within the Cleanroom and the wider organisation.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organisation and maintenance

raining & Experience Requirements:

  • Manufacturing experience is desirable but not a requirement. Full training is provided for the mutual benefit of the applicant and the business in their development.
