What you will be doing

  • You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
  • You will be a key point of contact for our guests answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns and responding to complaints.
  • Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
  • Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.
  • Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
  • Planning and delivering our market leading true life events programme.
  • Managing the accommodations social media channels and generating content to support the marketing team
  • Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections
  • Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
£10.50 per hour
