Experienced Service Receptionist - North West Trucks - Northwich

Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30
1 in 5 Saturdays 08:00 - 12:00 paid as overtime

Salary:
Depending on experience

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a
Experienced Service Receptionist at our
Northwich site.

What you'll be doing:

Raising estimates and liaising with customers to obtain authorisation for repairs
Creating and invoicing of job cards
Communicating service and repair updates
Communicating with workshop manager and supervisors
Maintaining dealer standards at all times
Ongoing use of manufacturing systems

What we need from you:

Previous experience using ADP
Strong administration experience
Vehicle knowledge desirable but not essential
Excellent customer service skills
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly
Positive, proactive approach
