Service Administrator - North West Trucks - Huyton

Hours: 4 on 4 off 6am to 6.30pm - 30 mins unpaid lunch


Salary:
£26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a
Service and Parts Advisor at our
Huyton site.


What you'll be doing:


  • Dealing with customers face to face
  • Pricing up and supplying estimates, obtaining authorization
  • Use of manufacturing and dealer management systems
  • Communication with manufacturer, customer and colleague's as required
  • Invoicing and planning of work if and when required

What we need from you:


  • Strong administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • Previous experience using invoicing systems
  • Positive, proactive approach
  • Reliable
  • Good understanding of motor vehicle specifications
  • Appropriate customer handling
