Experienced Service Receptionist - North West Trucks - Northwich

Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30
1 in 5 Saturdays 08:00 - 12:00 paid as overtime


Salary:
Depending on experience

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a
Experienced Service Receptionist at our
Northwich site.


What you'll be doing:


  • Raising estimates and liaising with customers to obtain authorisation for repairs
  • Creating and invoicing of job cards
  • Communicating service and repair updates
  • Communicating with workshop manager and supervisors
  • Maintaining dealer standards at all times
  • Ongoing use of manufacturing systems

What we need from you:


  • Previous experience using ADP
  • Strong administration experience
  • Vehicle knowledge desirable but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • Positive, proactive approach
