Service Administrator

Huyton
A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a
Service Administrator at our site in
Huyton.

What you'll be doing:

Raising estimates & liaising with customers to obtain authorisation for repairs
Creating and invoicing of job cards
Communicating service and repair updates
Communicating with workshop manager and supervisors
Maintaining dealer standards at all times
Ongoing use of manufacturing systems

What we need from you:

Strong administration experience
Vehicle knowledge desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly
Previous experience using invoicing systems
Positive, proactive approach

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9-hour shift (between the hours of 7am-6pm) & Saturday 8am

12pm (rotational)

Salary:
Starting from £22,000
