    Our team is made up of a diverse group of creative generalists who take the insights from the research team and create big ideas for our clients, then bring them to life working with our in-house marketing, product, film and design team.

    We cover brand strategies, copy, campaign concepts, film scripts and more.

    You'll be working in our Creative Strategy team and working closely with the wider creative teams in the business - Product, Design, Films and Marketing.

    You'll write and present strategy decks and lead creative workshops that challenge our clients' thinking and recommend the best content, channels and services for their business goals
    You'll be responsible creative ideation, coming up with concepts for films, websites, campaigns and copy
    You'll have the opportunity to take on management responsibilities and nurture more junior creative strategy talent
    You'll help to develop our clients' employer brands through research and creative thinking, delivering projects to a standard that ignores the ordinary
    You'll be responsible for taking primary research and turning it into powerful Employee Value Proposition which will form the foundations of the employer brand
    You'll conduct industry research and understand the challenges and opportunities in the employer branding space
    4+ years of experience at a brand agency
    ~ An ability to translate insights into strategy and creative ideas
    ~ An understanding of building brands - from insights through to measurement
    ~ Familiarity with project management and resourcing software
