- Managing a team of 4 Sales Reps
- Working from home with prodromal on the road working
- Driving sales revenue
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with your customers and colleagues.
- Implementing or improving processes and procedures by working closely with the sales representatives on the road, as well as the sales office to ensure the best standard of service is offered.
- Recruit, Train ,support and motivate sales team.
- Company car of your choice £ 50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum
- Bonus Scheme- Commission on team and your own sales 30 Days Holiday including bank holidays and the Christmas shutdown
- Pension scheme / auto-enrolment.

- Previous Sales Experience, Flooring experience advantage but not required
- Previous Sales manager role experience
- Act in a calm and professional manner at all times
- Be upbeat, proactive, and positive, with a 'can-do attitude
- Be professional and presentable at all times
- Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
