    Join our team as a Technical Project Manager!

    Are you passionate about the fusion of technology and retail? We are dedicated to merging technology with fashion, home goods, and more to create unforgettable shopping experiences that unite the digital and physical realms. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Project Manager to join us on a four-month contract, with the flexibility of remote work and occasional travel to Reading or Dublin.

    We need an adept Technical Project Manager to oversee technical compliance delivery, ensuring punctual completion to avoid risks and financial penalties. Your role will involve experience in E-invoicing compliance implementations, with Tax compliance knowledge being highly advantageous. This critical position requires a seasoned professional who flourishes in dynamic environments, possesses outstanding organizational abilities, and can navigate intricate technical landscapes while collaborating with various 3rd parties and implementation partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead all project phases from implementation to post-implementation support, meeting tight deadlines
    • Rigorous and detail-oriented, with strong organization skills
    • Efficiently lead technical discussions
    • Act as a bridge between key stakeholders (Fiscal advisors, Tax team, Finance Team, Technology, Engineering)
    • Project management oversight on Tax-related projects
    • Experience with E-invoicing/E-reporting compliance (e.g., Peppol, SAF-T, RTIR, VIDA, SII, etc.)
    • Ideal understanding of Tax and invoicing processes
    • Curious mindset to challenge requirements
    • Desirable experience in managing cross-functional large-scale projects
    • Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and external vendors
    • Closely monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively keep the project on track
    • Regularly communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
    • Ensure compliance with Primark gate governance process to prevent go-live blockers
    • Establish regular communication schedules and project communication plans
    • Quick adaptability to protect project timelines
    • Experienced in Cut Over planning, portfolio reporting, and issue management post Go Live
