In Adult Social Care and Health, we work with East Sussex residents aged 18 and over to enable them to live as healthy and independent a life as they can, for as long as they can.

You will be responsible for leading a team who work across a range of areas from complaints to equalities, governance to emergency planning.

the skills and experience to manage change and to ensure lessons are learned from complaints, insight, and feedback,
a flexible, practical, and resident-centred approach to problem solving, particularly under pressure, and
experience or understanding of some of the following areas of work – admin support, business continuity and emergency planning, risk, complaints, communication, information and advice, equalities, governance and insight.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.The team works flexibly with a mix of home and office working that is adaptable to people's life circumstances, built around a core commitment of one day per week in the office.
