More about your role


As a Business Support Manager, you will support the MD manage the day to day operations of the business by planning and directing key priorities, and developing and communicating key initiatives.

You will support with general duties, managing diaries, arrangingmeetings, taking minutes, meeting preparation, document management and making travel arrangements, as well as drafting communications, board papers and presentations on behalf of the MD.


Where you will really excel and add value in this role will be through your highly adapted skills in anticipating need in your forward-thinking approach, providing counsel, deploying investigative/research skills, manging multiple projects to deliver ourkey priorities, and stretching beyond your comfort zone to assume new responsibilities.

This role is agile; however, you should be able to commit to travel to our local offices and London office when required.



More about you
You must have experience working in a similar role supporting a senior Director, ideally for a large corporate.

You will be a forward thinker who has experience of managing complex challenges, excellent prioritisation skills and attention to detail.

StrongIT skills are essential for this role, you will use Microsoft packages including Teams and have a broad understanding of day-to-day business operations.


You must be a proactive multitasker, be an adept "juggler" and remain calm under pressure.?You must be able to evidence at interview how you prioritise your time and partner with your Director in all areas of their remit in your current/previous roles.
