Influencer Executive - THG Luxury
Location:
THG Icon 7-9 Sunbank Ln, Altrincham WA15 0AF
Working within the marketing team at THG Luxury, the Influencer Executive would help the Influencer Manager oversee recruitment & performance of the Influencer programme across THG Luxury.
This individual would be responsible for reporting on monthly and weekly influencer performance and identify areas of success and areas for improvement.
The Influencer Executive will need to be an organised, proactive and a good communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable influencers across the luxury & fashion sectors
- Support the recruitment, management and activation of the influencer roster.
- Manage progress performance and ensure the program is running efficiently.
- Support and devise influencer campaigns in line with the marketing calendar.
- Use tools including Excel and Google Analytics to analyse and report on influencer performance.
- Explore methods for improving influencer experiences and added value benefits, including partnership opportunities and gifting.
- Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage.
Requirements:
- +1 years' experience in influencer marketing and/or marketing roles
- An interest in the luxury/fashion industry
- An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands
- Strong knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
- An interest in the commercial aspect of influencer marketing, with proficiency in Excel and general data handling
- Project management skills; demonstrated ability to execute successful projects in a fastpaced environment
