This specific function sits across the financial controls and commercial parts of Ingenuity at THG, a unique function offering the opportunity to business partner with all divisional finance and marketing teams to help drive trading performance and profitability; whilst working with central marketing functions to deliver growth across key metrics and customer mechanics, whilst ensuring we maintain a deliver strong financial controls and reporting within the P/L.
Financial control and ownership of month end (all divisions of THG), transactional reconciliation, divisional budget analysis and managementCommercial reporting and analysis; supporting the HoF and divisional teams in driving and challenging all aspects of channel performance with the marketing team
A proactive approach to performance analysis, acting quickly on both risks and opportunities
A confident mindset, comfortable in dealing with a wide range of none financial key stakeholders
A solid foundation in financial control, demonstrating a keen eye for detail
This role will be reporting directly into the Head of Finance for Marketing & Media and working in conjunction with the Media SLT; Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACA)
Ambitious and keen to add instant value across financial controls as well as ROI initiatives
