Our night porters deal with any guest requests, help with events turnarounds and are there to work as a team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Work with the night team to ensure that the hotel is safe and secure, reporting anything suspicious to management
  • Deal with any room service requests
  • Set up/break down functions and help set up breakfast
  • To be fully conversant and comply with health, safety, hygiene, fire and security regulations and procedures of the hotel
  • To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times in the hotel
  • Any other reasonable management request

Skills & Specifications

No previous reception or night porter experience is necessary as full training will be given.

Essential:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexible working pattern
  • 6 months front facing customer service experience
  • Able to work between the hours of 11pm and 7am
  • Desirable:
  • Previous experience within aNight porter role
