Are you a confident Customer Service Advisor?

Are you resilient and able to develop strong customer relationships?

Are you looking for a new role starting in January?

If so we are pleased to be representing a well established client in Durham.

Looking for Customer Service Representatives B2B, full time office based.

35 hours a week, salary of £18,053, moving to £19,800 after successful promotion, with potential for bonus.


The role:

  • Taking client orders
  • Updating internal systems
  • Dealing with any complaints or issues
  • Supporting with promotions
  • Has excellent Customer Service skills
  • Resilient and confident dealing with complaints
  • Good telephone manner and experience with dealing with calls
