    Are you passionate about making a positive impact in education Join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in the vibrant community of Stroud.

    We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), with additional advantageous experience in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) support.

    Responsibilities
    • Support the delivery of high quality teaching and learning activities.
    • Provide tailored support to students with SEND, fostering their academic and personal development.
    • Assist in the planning and delivery of individualised learning programmes.
    • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments.
    • Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience working with individuals with SEND is essential.
    • Experience in supporting students with SEMH needs is advantageous.
    • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
