Job Description:

12 month FTC / Secondment

The Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Unit Linked Pricing Administration Assistant to join our Unit Linked Pricing Team.

The Role


To deliver in this role, the job holder must good numeracy and analytical skills and have an interest in extending their knowledge on more technical aspects of the Unit Linked Pricing business.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Business-AsUsual activity in the team via the calculation of individually priced cases, e.g. new or existing business for both Retail and Workplace, using the Pricing Tools and based on the information received;
  • Where necessary, support the production and analysis of Management Information (Scorecards) on a monthly and quarterly basis by helping to collate monthly data;
  • Be able to interact with Sales representatives to ascertain the information necessary to produce the New and Existing Business quotations, where any gaps in information may exist.
  • Support and assist with adhoc requests, within the team, as part of daytoday activities.

Skills:

Knowledge and Skills

  • Numerate background
  • Analytical skills e.g., able to interrogate and provide analysis of data sets
  • Ability to build positive working relationships
  • Effective communication skills, both written and face to face
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Knowledge

  • Previous experience of a professional working environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Unit Linked products desirable, but not essential.
