- Qualified solicitor or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of 3 years' experience handling employment law matters for employers.
- Proven track record in managing tribunal claims from inception to resolution.
- Demonstrated expertise in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law, including policy advice, contract drafting, settlement negotiations, and proficiency in redundancy, TUPE, and organizational restructuring matters.
- Previous involvement with large multi-site employers and advisory experience in the insurance, retail, and health sectors would be beneficial.
- Strong academic background, coupled with experience in respondent-focused legal practice.
- Innovative thinker adept at delivering practical and commercially viable solutions for clients, with a keen awareness of industry trends.
- Effective communicator capable of fostering client trust and maintaining enduring relationships.
