What to expect

  • To support the wider People Partnering community in delivering our strategic objectives through both project support and operational delivery of cycle plan activity.
  • To support the governance of the People Partnering team through some of our shared forums, and in our own team engagement actions.
  • Manage analytics and reporting of data across all Global People Partnering projects.
Providing support to individual HRBPs where specific functional projects have been identified.


Key Accountabilities and
Responsibilities

  • Working with Project Managers and HRBPs to support the delivery of projects and operational support, ensuring that they are delivered to plan and on time.
  • Collation of key people metrics and scorecards to support People Partners in delivering our strategic people outcomes.
  • Support People Partnering governance forums, connecting our HR teams across the model.
  • Provide the ability and flexibility to support generalist HRBP activity where there is immediate or enhanced business need.
  • Support our Communication and Engagement activity across the People Partnering community including Village Halls, comms sessions, and learning opportunities.

What you'll need

  • Previous experience in Human Resources gained at Advisor level.
  • Experience of involvement in HR projects
  • Experience of working within a complex HR structure with numerous internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, ability to interpret and manipulate data.
  • Experience of stakeholder management and networking skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
  • Proactive approach to learning and self development.
  • Highly collaborative and flexible working style
  • Proven experience of improving the workplace and workforce performance through the delivery of HR interventions
