Grade: Romero Grade 5 (£22,927 - £27,834 actual salary)
Hours: 37 hours a week, permanent contract term time plus 1 week
Do you want to make a positive difference to young people and their lives? Are you patient, empathetic, resilient and supportive?
As part of our developing inclusion strategy, this is a new post to support disengaged learners with their pastoral needs in order that they can access teaching and learning. You will plan and deliver 1:1 & small groups interventions, supporting students social , emotional and mental health needs, including anger management and emotional regulation.

The successful candidate will:
Have a pass or above in Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent
Be a dedicated professional with some experience of working with students with social, emotional and mental health needs
Set high standards for themselves and others
Work successfully in partnership with parents and our community
Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school;
Be a team player with good interpersonal skills and able to multi-task in a busy environment;
Be energetic, enthusiastic and caring;
Be able to show excellent organisational and communication skills with both students and colleagues
