If so, we have an extraordinary opportunity that merges your love for drama with the power of education

Position:
Learning Support Assistant
Location: Southwark
Pay:£80 - £100
Start Date: Immediate

We believe in the transformative power of drama and the arts in helping students develop communication skills, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging.

As a Drama Graduate, you will:

Support teaching and learning
Work with children 1:1 or delivering sessions with small groups of students.
Manage classroom resources.
Take children on educational trips and visits.
Have a good basic understanding or English and Maths
Keep children safe when they are experiencing heightened behaviours with strong behaviour management skills and excellent communication.
Create, play and teach games to pupils to develop their social skills or further learning.
Be paid £80 £100 a day based on experience.
Commit to full time
Monday to Friday 8:30am 4pm
Part time will be considered.
Have confidence.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A genuine passion for working with children and young adults with special needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and creativity to tailor drama activities to individual student needs.
Empathy, patience, and a nurturing attitude.
A commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs.
Sense of humour
