ROLE
Based in Windsor, my client is looking for an experienced Project Manager for an
office based role, Monday to Friday.
software solutions. You will be able to demonstrate strong business analysis and project
management with either a travel or travel technology background. You will be excellent at
business and requirements analysis, high-quality documentation and problem-free project
delivery. You are a responsible and proactive individual with a clear previous exposure to
supporting project teams. You have an experience with bridging the gap between IT and
business teams. You have strong communication and presentation skills and a proven track
record of engaging with all levels of key stakeholders - internal and external.
CANDIDATE
Must have skills/experience:
- 35 years as a business analyst and project manager
- Operational experience in software and/or digital solutions
- Strong requirements gathering, analytical and problemsolving skills
- Expert at documenting technical and business requirements
- Excellent oral communication skills with ability to adapt to stakeholders
- Background in travel or travelfocussed technology industry
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Analytical Ability effectiveness in analysing situations and identifying key issues
- Planning and execution monitoring progress, taking action when necessary to
- Proactive taking responsibility for making things happen
- Teamwork collaborating with between different parts of the business
- Technical expertise keeping up to date technically within one's own functional
- Adaptability stability of performance under uncertainty and pressure
- Communication excellent verbal and written communication skills
