The company
Windows Plus Ltd is a market leading home improvement company operating out of the North East of England.
The company has expanded its portfolio of installation services and has now taken on the
Budget Windows Brand to promote alongside across the region, which now means that we are looking to add to our established team.
The Job Role
We require an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Window Installation Department as a Project Co-Ordinator.
Duties include:
- Introduction service calls to customers
- Capable of working under pressure and solving problems.
- Liaise with Installations Manager to allocate fitting teams
- Coordinate inbound/outbound service calls daily
- Keep customers files up to date from start to finish of jobs
- Produce all fit packs ready for collection from fitters
- Update our CRM system with all conversation and action notes.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience speaking on the phone directly to customers
- Organisation skills
- Previous Experience in a busy work environment
- Experience within the Building industry is preferable
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, be able to multitask, have a high attention to detail, and be able to work independently or in a team environment.
This position requires someone who can take direction well as well as be able to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are required.
We are looking for someone who can work late into the night occasionally (we close at 7pm). This position requires someone who is flexible with their schedule and can handle working overtime if needed.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while being able to learn new software programs quickly.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Washington, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
