Windows Plus Roofs Ltd is a market leading home improvement company operating out of the North East of England. The company has expanded its portfolio of installation services and has now taken on the
Budget Windows & Pennine Windows brands, which now means that we are looking to add to our established team.
The Job Role
We require an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Window Installation Department as a Project Co-Ordinator.
Based at our Head office, in Team Valley, the role will be co-ordinating our window installations from start to finish ensuring everything we do is with our customers in mind and providing an excellent service, liasing with customers daily as their works are installed on site.
Duties include:
- Introduction calls to customers
- Liaise with Installations Manager to Manage their Diary
- Coordinate inbound/outbound Installation calls daily
- Keep customers notes up to date from the start to finish of jobs
- Update our CRM system with all conversation and action notes.
- Liaase with fitters on site daily as to progress of their jobs.
Monday to friday 9am -5pm with 1 late night
:
- Bonus scheme available on team performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience speaking on the phone is essential.
- Previous Experience in a busy work environment
- Experience within the
Building industry is preferable:
Ability to work late until 6pm 1 night per week.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, be able to multitask, have a high attention to detail, and be able to work independently or in a team environment.
This position requires someone who can take direction well as well as be able to work under their own initiative.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 4 years (required)
