Due to our new and ongoing TV campaign, featuring
Steph McGovern and Chris Kamara, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Direct Sales Consultant, on a full-time, permanent bases, working field based for the Teesside, Darlington, Dales, North Yorkshire and surrounding areas, from our Stockton branch on a daily basis.

You will build your profile upon a sales culture which is driven, competitive, loyal and customer focused by ensuring a first-class customer journey at all times.

What a Field Sales Consultant will be doing:

Attending product design appointments at customers' homes.
Help customers realise their vision using our bespoke design software.
You will quickly become expert on our extensive range of windows and doors. You'll know the difference between double and triple glazing and the benefits of uPVC over aluminium in no time

What you can expect as a Field Sales Consultant:

Amazing earning potential with uncapped commission.
Our consultants OTE are £50,000 to £85,000 per year, with our best earning more.

WEEKLY payments within 2 weeks of order:

Flexible working hours.
Comprehensive training, with an initial training course when you start and ongoing support is provided.

Financial support during 6 weeks probation period.

You MUST have,

Proven experience achieving and exceeding targets within a previous Sales position.

Exceptional listening, questioning and communication skills.
