Description
We are looking for a Administrator for our office.Responsibilities;
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues
Skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Problem solving and being able to work in a fast pace environment
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the health and social care sector
- Knowledge of Children home regulation (Safety recruitment)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£19,760.00-£25,000.00 per year

- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Birmingham, B7 4NU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative duties: 1 year (preferred)
