Description
We are looking for a Administrator for our office.


Responsibilities;

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues

Skills;

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Problem solving and being able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the health and social care sector
  • Knowledge of Children home regulation (Safety recruitment)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£19,760.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham, B7 4NU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
