Role Overview:

We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Residential Care Workers to join our team at our 3-bedded Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in Rugeley.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide highquality care and support to the children and young people in our home.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
Implement care plans and ensure the wellbeing of each resident.
Engage in activities and support the educational and personal development of the children.
Participate in shift patterns starting from 10am, including sleepins.

Requirements:

Compassionate, caring, and patient nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo training provided by Beacon Childcare.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: £ £11.82
Additional £50 per sleepin shift
